潜伏梅毒有什么危害

潜伏梅毒可能导致神经梅毒、心血管梅毒、精神障碍、肝功能受损以及骨骼梅毒等危害。

1.神经梅毒

神经梅毒是由于梅毒螺旋体经血流传播并累及中枢神经系统所致，脑膜、血管或脊髓出现炎症和损伤。可引起头痛、发热、呕吐、脑膜刺激征阳性等典型症状，严重时会导致痴呆、瘫痪甚至死亡。

2.心血管梅毒

心血管梅毒主要是由梅毒螺旋体感染心脏瓣膜而引起的损害，导致心肌炎、主动脉瘤等病变。患者可能出现胸闷、气促、呼吸困难等症状，随着病情进展，还可能发展为心力衰竭。

3.精神障碍
