科室特色：CCU作为北京安贞医院心内科监护室，在因病种丰富、疾病危重而在心血管危重症疾病的诊治及救治方面具有明显优势，具有较高专业技术水平和丰富的临床经验。我科作为安贞医院心血管危重症诊疗的重要平台，在IABP、ECMO、有创血流动力学监测、临时起搏器、床旁血滤等辅助支持装置的应用上积累了丰富的经验。我院于2007年成为北京市妊娠合并心脏病孕产妇转会诊中心、北京市朝阳区危重孕产妇转会诊中心，成立了以主管院长负责的抢救小组，开通危重孕产妇抢救通道，CCU作为其中成员，协同妇产科及其他科室，共同完成危重心脏疾病孕产妇的救治。CCU is the intensive care unit of Beijing Anzhen Hospital Cardiology department, which is specialized in the care of critical diseases and various other cardiac conditions that require continuous monitoring and treatment. The dedicated staffs provide state-of-the-art care to critically ill patients suffering from a wide range of life-threatening cardiac conditions. As an important unit for the diagnosis and treatment of critical disease, CCU has a good reputation for mechanical support such as IABP, ECMO，invasive hemodynamic monitoring, temporary pacemaker, and continue renal replacement therapy. In 2007, Beijing Anzhen hospital became the transfer consultation center for pregnant women with heart disease and critical disease in Chaoyang District. Being a part of this team, CCU collaborates with obstetrics and gynecology department and other departments to complete the mission of treatmenting severe heart disease in pregnant women.

心内科监护室（CCU）位于综合病房楼2楼，隶属于心内科，目前我科共有医生17名，其中主任医师2人，副主任医师7名，主治医师5名，住院医师3名，均具有硕士及以上学历。护理人员15人。CCU是我院的重点科室，目前病房开放床位19张，凭借精湛的医术、细致的护理和先进的监测承担了我院及全国各地危重病人的救治，建立了完整的心脏急、危、重症的救治体系。

北京安贞医院心内科监护室开展心力衰竭、急性冠脉综合征及慢性心血管疾病的院内心脏康复，指导患者进行有氧运动训练，抗阻训练，个体化运动处方的制定，帮助患者提高生活质量。

CCU病房同时独立进行介入治疗，以高危心血管患者介入治疗成功率高、危重患者救治率高而闻名。CCU每年参与抢救300余次，抢救成功率高于95%。

我科还建立了以心衰治疗、随访、健康教育为特色的“心衰俱乐部”，方便心衰患者的随诊、监测。

教学科研成果

CCU病房注重临床教学，每周固定时间进行科内讲课及病例讨论，教学氛围活跃，触及领域广泛。此外在科研方面积极申请各项基金项目，每年发表多篇高质量论文。

The CCU ward is located on the 2nd floor in Comprehensive Ward Buildings, and belongs to the cardiology department of Beijing Anzhen Hospital. There are 17 medical staffs and 15 nursing staffs in total including 2 chief physicians, 7 associate chief physicians, 5 attending physicians, and 3 residential physicians, with all physicians having master's degree. CCU is one of the key departments in the hospital and has 19 open-beds. Relying on consummate medical skills, careful nursing and advance monitoring equipment, CCU undertakes the rescue work of critical patients from other wards and all parts of the country, and has established a complete treatment system of critical heart diseases.

CCU also develops cardiac rehabilitation for heart failure, acute coronary syndrome and chronic cardiovascular disease patients. Through aerobic training, resistance training and individualized exercise prescription, CCU can help patients to improve the quality of their life.

At the same time, CCU performs PCI treatment independently, and is well known for high success rate among high-risk cardiovascular patients. CCU participates in urgent srescuing more than 300 times every years, and the success rate is higher than 95%.

In addition, CCU has established“heart failure club” that aims to help in patients treatment, following-up and healthy education.

CCU focuses on clinical teaching，organizing case discussions and lectures on a wide range of areas every weeks, which is full of active atmosphere. In scientific research CCU actively applies for funding and publishes many high quality papers every year.
