科室特色：1.复杂病变（慢性完全闭塞病变，左主干病变，分叉病变，桥血管病变，支架内再狭窄，钙化扭曲等），高危患者（合并心功能不全，肾功能不全，肾移植术后，血小板减少，肿瘤，肺功能不全等）的冠脉介入;2.冠状动脉腔内影像学技术如血管内超声(IVUS)、光学相干断层成像(OCT)及血流储备分数(FFR)等功能学检查优化介入手术方案;3.无创影像学技术（CCTA，SPECT/PET，CMR）对冠心病患者的精准诊疗;4.青年冠心病患者的团队精准管理;5.采用医患共同决策模式（SDM）指导临床用药及手术决策。

心内一科A区病房目前开放病床25张，每年收治来自全国各地疑难冠心病患者两千余例。科室目前有主任医师2人，副主任医师4人，主治医师3人，住院医师2人，其中博士研究生导师1名。留学归国人才1名。科室百分之九十人员拥有博士学位。

Introduction of Department:

The Department of Cardiology of Beijing Anzhen Hospital is one of the first national key clinical specialties. It is one of the national cardiovascular disease clinical research centers. The Department of Cardiology belongs to the first batch of training bases for interventional therapy of the National Health Commission（the former Ministry of Health）.The ward of Area A of the Department of Cardiology belongs to the Department of Cardiology. Its predecessor is the first ward of the Department of Cardiology and belongs to the earliest ward of the Department of Cardiology of Beijing Anzhen Hospital. Under the leadership of Professor Shu Zheng, Lv, the first Department of Cardiology has developed a number of coronary artery PCI techniques: emergency PCI therapy for acute myocardial infarction, unprotected left main, coronary artery rotational atherectomy, intracoronary ultrasound (IVUS), optical coherence tomography (OCT), antegrade and regrograde CTO recanalization, intracoronary excimer laser ablation technology, etc. It receives a large number of trainees from all over the country every year. After further training, These doctors returnto the local hospital and become leaders in disciplines or technical backbones of local hospital. Our Department have undertaken a large number of national and provincial research projects, and raiseda multitude of doctoral and master students every year.

At present, 25 beds are open in ward A, and more than 2,000 patients with difficult coronary heart disease are admitted from all over the country every year. There are currently two chief physicians, four deputy chief physicians, three chief physicians and two resident physicians, including one doctoral supervisor. One person returned from abroad.Ninety percent of the staff in the department have doctor's degree.

Department Characteristics:

1. Coronary interventions for complex lesions (chronic complete total occlusion, left main, bifurcation lesion, saphenous vein bypass graft lesion, in-stent restenosis, calcification distortion, etc.) and high-risk patients (cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency, thrombocytopenia, tumors, pulmonary insufficiency, etc.).

2. Intravascular imaging techniques such as intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), optical coherence tomography (OCT) and flow reserve fraction (FFR) were used to optimize PCI procedures.

3. Accurate diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease by non-invasive imaging technology (CCTA, SPECT/PET, CMR);

4. Precise team management of young patients with coronary heart disease;

5. Use the Doctor-Patient Shared Decision Making (SDM) to guide clinical medication and surgical decision-making.
