临床医学检验中心是集医、教、研为一体的检验医学实验室，拥有先进的专用仪器设备和一支经验丰富的高素质专业技术队伍。其下设有临床免疫、生化、血液、微生物、临检、分子诊断和门诊检验等七个专业实验室。临床免疫室负责检测肝炎系列、自身免疫病、肿瘤标志物、性病抗原抗体等项目；临床生化室负责血液、体液的常规生化检验；临床血液室负责血细胞、骨髓细胞学检查及糖尿病和地贫项目的检验；临床检验室负责血、尿、粪等三大常规、血型鉴定及其它体液常规分析；临床微生物室负责临床标本的培养分离鉴定和药敏试验，监测传染病的流行状况，定期发布医院病原菌的分布及药敏监测情况；分子诊断室负责对各种病原体如乙肝病毒、丙肝病毒、结核杆菌、EB病毒、人类乳头瘤病毒等进行基因检测，可对各相关疾病进行近期、准确的监测。门诊检验室开设各项对临床极有帮助的急诊检查项目。

中心技术力量雄厚，现有检验人员28人，其中正高职称1人，副高职称3人，中级职称12人，其中5人具有研究生学历。中心技术先进、设备齐全，拥有多台大型全自动检验设备。中心各专业实验室的室间质评在全国及全省评比中名列前茅，得到同行及专家的认可。

在教学上，本中心是暨南大学第一临床医学院临床检验诊断学硕士点，招收了多名硕士研究生，已有多名硕士生导师，其中本中心学科带头人温旺荣教授是2004年11月从日本北海道大学以人才引进来到我院，从事临床病毒学、临床真菌学和分子生物学等医疗、教学与科研工作22年，圆满完成了8项省级以上课题，获得福建省科技进步三等奖二项（第一获奖者），至今共发表30余篇学术论文，其中第一作者20余篇，有2篇论文被SCI收录(Journal of Virology, Virus Research)。

本中心也是暨南大学临床检验教学基地，除了积极开展课题研究，每年在国家级专业期刊上发表多篇科研论文，还担负着医学检验的本科或研究生的课程讲授，负责全国多所医学院校检验专业的实习带教工作，为各级医院培养检验人员。

A brief introduction of the Clinical Laboratories Center

The Clinical Laboratory Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University is a laboratory integration which function in clinical medicine, teaching and research.It possesses advanced equipments and an experienced team of highly qualified professionals. The Center contains many specialized laboratories.They are Immunology, Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Clinical Lab, Molecular Biology Diagnostic laboratory,and so on. The Immunity Lab is responsible for the clinical detection of hepatitis immunization series, autoimmune diseases, tumor markers, sexually transmitted diseases antigen or antibody , and so on. The Biochemistry Lab is responsible for the conventional biochemical tests of blood and body fluids. The Hematology Lab is responsible for blood and bone marrow cytology tests, Diabetes and Thalassemia tests. The Clinical Lab is responsible for the conventional detections of blood, urine and stool,the identification of blood types and the routine analysis of other body fluids. The Microbiology Lab is responsible for microorganism cultivation, isolation, identification, susceptibility test, monitoring the prevalence of infectious diseases, publish the distribution of hospital pathogens and antimicrobial susceptibility monitoring on a regular basis. The Molecular Biology Diagnostic Lab is responsible for the gene detections of a variety of pathogens such as hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, EB virus and human papilloma virus. It can monitor diseases rapidly and accurately. The out-patient laboratory carrys out many emergency test items.It will be very helpful for the clinic.

The Clinical Laboratory Center is staffed with 28 employees, including 1 person of Senior Title, 3 of Vice-Senior Title and 12 of Middle Title. Among them, there are 5 people have Master qualifications.The Center is a large mordern laboratory, it is technologically advanced and well-equipped with many large automatic testing equipments. All of the departments and specialized laboratories got good records and ranked ahead in the national and provincial external quality assessment schemes.

In teaching, the center is a training spot for Master Degree of Clinical Laboratory Diagnosis major and have many a postgraduate students and several Master's Supervisors in it. Professor Wangrong Wen is the leading scholar of the Center. He was introduced to the Center as a talent from Hokkaido University of Japan in November 2004. He engaged in the works such as health care, teaching and the researchs of Clinical Virology, Clinical Mycology and Molecular Biology for 22 years. So far, Professor Wen has successfully completed 8 provincial projects, gain 2 Advancement in Science＆Technology 3rd Class Awards of Fujian Province(the first winner)and publish more than 30 scholarly articles. He is the first author of more than 20 articles, and two of them have been included in SCI (Journal of Virology, Virus Research).

The center is also a clinical laboratory teaching base of Jinan University. In addition to the active research and the publication of many scientific research papers on the state-level periodical every year, we also take on the responsibility of training the undergraduates or postgraduates who major in clinical laboratory, and are responsible for the internship teaching of students from many medical colleges all over the country in order to provide human resources for hospitals.
