胡三保主任医师于2013年4月开始主持骨科工作。1993年7月毕业于山西医科大学获医学学士学位，后在北医三院骨科攻读硕士学位，师从我国著名脊柱外科专家郭昭庆教授，并跟随多位著名专家重点学习脊柱关节疾病治疗。曾在北京大学人民医院骨科、新加坡中央医院骨科及香港中文大学威尔士亲王医院骨科、香港大学玛丽医院关节外科进修学习，在脊柱四肢多发骨折急救及治疗方面有丰富经验，近年大量开展了颈椎病、胸腰椎间盘突出症及腰椎管狭窄症等脊柱疾病手术，人工肩、髋、膝关节置换等手术治疗，主刀完成各类手术3000多例，手术效果好。胡三保主任医师是中华医学会北京分会创伤外科专业委员会委员;中华医学会北京分会骨科专业委员会创伤学组委员;北京医师协会全科医师专家委员会委员;国际内固定学会脊柱AOSpine会员;北京市朝阳区健康素养讲师团讲师。中华医学会医疗事故鉴定专家，北京市医疗事故鉴定专家。

牛连生副主任从事骨科临床工作30年，现任首都医科大学骨科学系委员。曾在北京积水潭医院骨科、香港大学玛丽医院关节外科进修学习。擅长人工关节置换、脊柱四肢骨折等手术技术，自行研制的股骨粗隆间骨折手术导向针，临床应用效果良好。在核心期刊发表论文10余篇。

The Department of Orthopedics of Beijing Anzhen Hospital has 25 full-time employees and a bed capacity of 21. Among the fourteen doctors of the Department of Orthopedics, there are four chief surgeons, nine attending doctors, and one resident; five are master, nine are bachelor, and two of which are master instructors. There are eleven people who work in nursing, including two supervisor nurses, six senior nurses, and three nurses.

In 2013, the Department has more than 80,000 outpatient visits and has performed more than 400 operations with no accident, including minimally invasive spine surgery , such as diskectomy by transforaminal endoscopy, percutaneous kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures; spinal surgery by anterior and posterior approaches; replacement surgery of knee, hip, shoulder; surgery with knee arthroscopy; surgery for trauma of joints，pelvis or limbs and other bone diseases.

While completing the daily medical work, doctors of the Department of Orthopedics also undertake the task of teaching the students of Capital Medical University. Meanwhile, they have worked with Beijing TV Station for many public health education programs and have founded trauma training classes with other departments of the hospital.

Dr. Sanbao Hu began to preside the daily works of the Orthopedics Department from April 2014. Dr. Hu graduated in 1993 from Shanxi Medical University and got Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine; then he studied for a master’s degree in the Third Hospital of Peking University Health Science Center, under the tutelage of the renowned expert Professor Guo Zhaoqing. Dr. Hu has been worked in Peking University People’s Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital(The Chinese University of Hong Kong), Queen Mary Hospital(Hong Kong University), and Singapore General Hospital for further study. Dr. Hu has extensive experience in the realm of emergency surgery for multiple fractures of spine and limbs, and has completed over 3,000 operations of various types of spinal surgery in recent years, such as cervical spondylosis, thoracic disc herniation, lumb disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis. Dr. Hu performed many difficult arthroplasty, including shoulder replacement surgery, hip replacement surgery, knee replacement surgery and so on. Dr. Hu is the committee member of Beijing Orthopedic Specialty Committee of Chinese Medical Association; the committee member of Beijing Traumatic Surgery Specialty Committee; the committee member of General Practitioner Committee of Beijing Medical Doctor Association; the member of AOSpine. He is also recognized as the expert of Medical Malpractice Appraisement of Beijing Medical Association.

The vice director Liansheng Niu has been engaged in clinical orthopedic work for more than thirty years and expert in arthroplasty and trauma. He has published more than ten articles and has been worked in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital and Queen Mary Hospital(Hong Kong University) for further study. Dr. Niu developed a technique to treat fracture of femur by targeting needle, and has received lots of good operation outcomes. He is the committee member of Academic Department of Orthopaedic Surgery Capital Medical University.
