1992年毕业于白求恩医科大学临床英语医学专业（6年制）获学士学位；2006年毕业于中国协和医科大学，获硕士学位。目前担任耳鼻喉科副主任医师。从事耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科临床工作多年，熟练掌握耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科各种常见病的诊断和治疗。专业特长为咽喉疾病的诊治，尤其是阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的外科治疗及综合治疗。参加国家科技部“十五”科技攻关课题《阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征综合治疗体系建立及疗效评估研究》。参与编写专著、译著、在中文核心期刊及外文SCI期刊发表论著共10余部（篇）。多次在全国学术会议上发言。

耳鼻喉科常见病、多发病及某些疑难病的诊断与治疗。临床重点为咽喉头颈疾病的诊治，近年来研究的重点为儿童及成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的基础与临床。Diagnosis and treatment of common diseases, frequently occurring diseases and some difficult diseases in otorhinolaryngology.
